**Compensation** : $19.37
**Shift** : 12 Hour rotating schedule: (2 weeks on Days & 2 weeks on Nights) The hours are 6am – 6:15pm then rotates to 6:00pm – 6:15am.
Daily overtime, anything worked over 12 hours daily will be paid out at time & ½.
+ **You are paid double time when you work on your scheduled Sunday. The s** **hift schedule includes one Sunday every other week.**
+ **You are paid double time plus holiday pay when you work on a holiday.**
+ **Pay increase: You receive annually a general wage increase. Each machine has 4 learning modules, as you learn more about your position and become master a module, you will receive a pay increase.**
+ **Top Pay that can be earned is up to $28.56 as modules are mastered for your machine.**
+ **Exercise Center onsite.**
Job Summary:
Support day-to-day production in manufacturing areas and responsible for operation of the machine equipment and process.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Must be able to work 12 hour rotating schedule to include holidays and weekends occurring in the shift rotation.
+ Must be able to acquire and demonstrate skill and knowledge needed to achieve validation in all machine responsibilities.
+ Must be able to demonstrate and validate basic functional skills to support different machines throughout the plant.
+ Participate in collateral duties in support of the plant by developing skills in additional support area to become a subject matter expert in areas as business needs dictate including but not limited to participating as an EHS auditor.
+ Must demonstrate initiative and flexibility to support business results of the operating team, both the immediate business needs on the shift and the development for future business needs.
+ Participate and sometimes lead in root cause assessments of safety, product/process, quality, productivity issues and customer complaints as appropriate, ensuring that effective corrective action is identified and implemented to meet objectives.
+ Participate and lead in routine and specialized run activities, start-up, troubleshooting, shutdown, grade change events and developing work instructions to allow supporting repetitive basic maintenance tasks.
+ Support total team involvement, communicating to prevent reoccurring mistakes within and across teams ensuring that the oncoming crew is “set up” for success in the functional positions teammates are supporting.
+ Supports training plan to address team/plant-wide deficiencies analyzing both self and teammates to support the overall business.
+ Holds self and others accountable by providing feedback and leading by example.
+ Responsible for receiving and responding to performance feedback and necessary developmental opportunities including managing personal growth plans.
+ Provide input on and support equipment and process improvement initiatives.
+ Work overtime as required to provide coverage or as business needs dictate.
+ Maintain awareness of current business needs through emails, logbooks, and other forums of communication.
+ Must follow documentation standards as stated in PR-11538 Good Documentation Practices when completing all paperwork.
+ Have working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Qualifying Experience:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
