    We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-moving, professional, and dynamic setting to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills. Leadership by example and the ability to inspire others are essential.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Ensure clear and effective communication internally and with Tradewin customers

    + Research regulations related to Customs and Partner Government Agencies

    + Prepare comprehensive analyses and advisory reports

    + Assess importer compliance with U.S. Customs regulations

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

    + Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the department

    + Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + U.S. Customs Broker license preferred, but not required

    + Minimum of 5 years of trade compliance experience

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex information to all organizational levels, including executives and clients.

    + Strong research skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

    + Willingness to travel occasionally
