Job Description

RN Supervisor – Lead. Mentor. Make an Impact!

FT Night Shift Available

Geneva Geneva Hospital. dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. If you’re passionate about patient care, mentoring staff, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead clinical activities and support nursing staff across all patient age groups.

+ Mentor and guide nurses, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

+ Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinical Leaders to optimize staffing and patient care.

+ Manage emergency clinical situations and support staff development/competency assessments.

+ Promote teamwork, professionalism, and the principles of a Healing Environment.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Current NYS RN license (BSN preferred)

+ 3+ years acute care RN experience; 1+ year leadership experience (Charge Nurse or similar)

+ BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications via RQI

+ CPI certification within 90 days of hire

+ Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
