Job Description
Associate Account Executive – IT Staffing (St. Louis, MO)
LRS Consulting Services is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Account Executive to help us expand our reach in the St. Louis market. This is a great fit for someone who loves talking to people, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and wants to build a career in sales within the IT staffing industry.
In this role, you’ll be focused on generating new opportunities for our senior Account Executives. You’ll identify potential clients, make outbound calls, book meetings, and keep our pipeline moving. Over time, you’ll have the chance to grow into a full AE role as you master our process and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
+ Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the St. Louis area
+ Set qualified appointments for senior Account Executives
+ Support early-stage business development efforts and nurture new leads
+ Learn and apply LRS’ sales methodology
+ Research companies, hiring trends, and market activity
+ Keep activity, notes, and progress updated in our ATS/CRM
+ Partner closely with recruiters and the AE team to keep opportunities moving
What We’re Looking For
+ 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a high-volume outbound calling role
+ Strong communication skills and a natural comfort talking to new people
+ Someone driven, competitive, and genuinely excited to grow in sales
+ Organized, process-oriented, and able to keep clean records
+ Must reside in the St. Louis area
+ Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Stronger candidates will have:
+ Experience in staffing, recruiting, or outbound sales
+ Sales or client exposure within the St. Louis/midwest region

Salary range: $45,000-$50,000 The base salary is based off of candidates' previous experience. The total compensation will vary depending on performance and has the potential for substantially more than the range posted. The range listed is just one component of LRS’ total compensation package for employees.
