About the role
As a **Salesforce Principal Architect** , you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enable seamless integration and scalability for enterprise clients. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, and solution architects to deliver innovative solutions.

In this role, you will:
+ Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy across multiple projects and business units.
+ Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems.
+ Oversee DevOps processes for Salesforce deployments, ensuring quality and efficiency.
+ Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.

What you need to have to be considered
+ Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in enterprise-level implementations.
+ Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
+ Hands-on experience with **DevOps practices** for Salesforce environments.
+ Expertise in **SAP and Salesforce (SDFC) integration** .
+ Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
These will help you stand out
+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect).
+ Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until December 11th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $121,000 - $170,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
