    Amergis (Winchester, VA)


    Amergis is hiring an RN Hospice Case Manager in Winchester, VA. Local AND travel candidates welcome to apply. Travel stipends are available.

    Position Details

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    + On-Call: Every other weekend (additional pay provided)

    + Responsibilities:

    + 4–5 patient visits per day

    + Manage a caseload of ~15 patients

    + Travel up to 1 hour from the office

    + Interview Process:

    + 1st round with hiring manager (in-person preferred, virtual available)

    + 2nd round panel interview

    Compensation & Benefits

    + $50/hour

    + $5/hour for on-call coverage, plus regular hourly rate for any call-ins

    + $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement

    The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinatingcontinuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimumutilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current RN licensure in state practicing

    + At least one year of Case Management experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
