Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for preparing budget related tasks and completing reconciliation for the Interdisciplinary Schools which include the School of Cybersecurity, School of Data Science, and School of Supply Chain, Logistics and Maritime Operations. The objective of this role is to support the schools leadership administratively in regards to maintaining and producing reconciliation records timely, maintaining procurement related records, processing assigned procurement or other tasks, and fulfilling information inquiries.

Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Considerable knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Considerable knowledge of standard office practices and procedures. Working knowledge of information systems and PC-related software to include Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures relating to the accounting, hiring, and procurement areas. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to prepare correspondence, compile data, and produce reports. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.

Conditions of Employment
This position is Monday through Friday 8a to 5p.
