    Special Education Teacher (Full-Time)

     

    Start Date: ASAP

    End Date: 06/04/2026

    Schedule: 37.5–40 hours/week, in-person

    Overview:

    The Special Education Teacher provides quality services to students (K–12) under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator. Responsibilities include implementing individualized programs, offering specialized instruction, and collaborating with general education staff.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

    + Valid state teaching certificate (Special Education endorsement preferred)

    + 1+ year teaching experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (as applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Minimum age: 18

    Open Positions:

    + Self-Contained – Middle (7th–8th)

    + Self-Contained – Elementary (PreK–4th)

    + Resource – Elementary/Middle

    + Resource – (5th–6th)

    Additional Details:

    + Full-time, on-campus (no remote/hybrid)

    + Caseload varies by school
