    Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Dracut, MA who is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with students on a contractual basis.

    Details of the Position Include:

    + Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00 /hr (depending on certifications)

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Duration: June, 2026

    + Schedule: Monday– Friday, 8:20 AM – 2:30 PM

    + Requirements:

    + At least one year experience working within a school or similar setting.

    + Must be comfortable working with elementary aged students and adults

    + Description:

    + Looking for an RBT to split their time between the elementary school and post-grad/life skills program for 18-22 year old students.

    The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
