    Special Education Teacher Needed!!

     

    Duration: ASAP – End of School Year

     

    Pay Rate: $45/hour

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in the Madison area. This assignment runs through the remainder of the school year and is ideal for educators passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful impact.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide individualized instruction and support to students with varying disabilities.

    + Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to implement IEPs.

    + Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

    + Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Valid Wisconsin DPI license in Special Education (Cross-Categorical or equivalent).

    + Experience working with students with a range of disabilities.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    + Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs.

    Schedule:

    + Full-time

    + School hours, Monday through Friday.
