About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative school environment. You’ll designand implement behavior analytic programs that support student success andprovide supervision and guidance to staff as needed.

+ Full-time schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Responsibilities
+ Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
+ Provide direct and consultative services to students and staff.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
+ Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
+ Certification: Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
+ Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field.
+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.
+ One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred.
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
+ Current CPR (if applicable).
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
