    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Escondido, CA

     

    Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour (Local)

     

    Travel Package: $2,905/week (adjustable)

     

    Contract Length: School Year (ASAP – 12/5/2026)

     

    Hours: 35 hours/week

     

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services in a school-based setting. Responsibilities include performing student evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting therapy services in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care. This position will be split between one school site and roving assignments.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Active California SLP license

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

    + School-based experience required

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per state/contract regulations)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Grade Level: Elementary

    + Setting: .5 at one school site, .5 roving

    + Caseload: TBD

    + Feedback Time: 48 hours
