    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Federal Way, WA | $90/hr | 20-Week Contract

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, and behavioral evaluations for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role includes developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting educational teams in the school setting.

    Position Details

    + Location: Federal Way, WA

    + Start Date: November 17, 2025

    + Duration: 20 weeks

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 30 hrs/week

    + Modality: In-person

    + Pay Rate: $90/hr

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop intervention plans

    + Provide consultation and training to school staff

    + Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations

    Requirements

    + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or related field

    + Experience providing behavior analytic programs in schools (preferred)

    + Minimum 1 year pediatric experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
