What you´ll do

+ Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and use data to make informed decisions.

+ Proactively identifying and solving issues within the demand and supply chain

+ Understanding the business context to align demand plans with overall objectives.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with specialized demand planning software and ERP systems like SAP.

+ Ability to query databases and perform data mining tasks.

+ Excellent verbal and written skills to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders across different departments.

+ Ability to guide and manage teams and drive processes forward.

+ Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

What makes you a good fit

+ Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience

+ Strong background in supply chain management, demand forecasting, and analytical problem-solving, ideally supported by a relevant degree and several years of experience.

+ Familiarity with advanced planning software such as SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or Kinaxis, along with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI)

+ Outstanding communication, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and adaptability

The salary for this role is $80,000.00- $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
