    Job Summary

    The Program Delivery Specialist position is responsible for successfully implementing the Girl Scout Leadership Experience through program delivery, staff and volunteer trainings, and increasing awareness of the Girl Scout program for our membership and future members. They will develop and facilitate well rounded and progressive program opportunities and skills training within VT and NH, which include programming for all youth age levels and adults across a variety of program types (STEM, art, outdoors, life skills) to meet the needs of local communities and members. As the Day Camp Director, they are responsible for the management of all programming, staffing, and operations at GSGWM Camp Twin Hills Day Camp including onboarding and supervising seasonal staff, health services, family and council communications, and risk management.

    Job Qualifications

    Minimum age of 25 years old or older (per American Camp Association Standards) with proven customer service experience with customers and volunteers and two years of the following: program facilitation experience, outdoor program facilitation experience, program and outdoor program development experience, supervisory experience of summer camp programs or youth programs. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and vehicle and certifications in a variety of specialized activity areas and skills (such as Lifeguarding, Small Craft, Archery, Climbing, Wilderness First Aid/Wilderness First Responder) or willingness to obtain.
