    What You-ll Do

    + Bank statement processing and reconciliations

    + Mortgage statement processing and reconciliations

    + Verbal verification of banking information

    + Vendor onboarding and maintenance

    + Vendor audits (W-9s, 1099 status, TIN/address checks)

    + 1099 preparation and processing

    + Vendor, owner, entity, and property setups

    + Assist with filing and payment of annual state filings

    + Assist with filing and payment of annual business licenses

    + Assist with real estate tax bill processing

    + Provide supporting documentation for audit requests

    + Generate report files for tax preparer

    + Miscellaneous filing and scanning

    + Minimum of 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Commercial real estate accounting is a plus.

    + Proficient with Microsoft applications

    + Knowledge of Yardi software is also a plus
