Job Description

The Position:

Our Brookhaven, MS location is seeking a Production Operator to add to our team. Responsibilities include performing the various tasks associated with performing prep work, packaging, and assembling products for both the mouth call and general production departments.

Responsibilities:

Perform prep work as needed

Assist production assembly department with product assembly

Assist in packaging products based on guidelines

Pulls materials as needed for projects

Assists with other projects as required

Other duties as required

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Working knowledge of general production process; basic understanding of assembling and packaging products; good reading and comprehensive skills; basic interpersonal skills; basic PC skills; basic understanding of sound safety practices and good housekeeping requirements.

Ability to stand and assemble products for long periods of time, attention to details, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.

Pay Range:

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
