Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal I – III (Remote)

**Salary:** $55,000 – $65,000 DOE

Locations:** WA, OR, UT, CO | **Full-Time

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Personal Injury Paralegal** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in **pre-litigation** cases and proficiency in **Filevine** . You’ll work closely with attorneys on a variety of complex cases while supporting clients across multiple states.

What You’ll Do:

+ Partner with attorneys in all phases of **pre-litigation**

+ Prepare case files for demands, gather records, and maintain client communication

+ Draft settlement demands and negotiate with insurance companies

+ Manage associate paralegals and coordinate internal workflows

+ Review and summarize medical records and other documentation

+ Ensure case files are complete, accurate, and organized

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external parties

+ Support attorneys in preparing cases for settlement

+ Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

+ 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal

+ Experience in **Filevine** and **pre-litigation**

+ Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution

+ Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills

+ Must reside in WA, OR, UT, or CO
