What you will be doing:

+ Conduct user experience studies analyzing road users behavior to inspire product decisions

+ Closely work with product and engineering teams to define the product based on the studies

+ Drive execution across eng and operation teams

+ Tie the issues to root causes and solutions in issue management system (JIRA)

What we need to see:

+ Pursuing an MBA (graduating in Dec 2026 or spring 2027)

+ Deep knowledge of issue management tools (i.e. JIRA)

+ 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automotive engineering

+ Knowledge or experience with AV products

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

+ Deep knowledge of L2/3 autonomous driving systems

+ Deep understanding of categorizing incoming product level issues into useful categories

+ Deep knowledge of driving product engineering stack

+ Previous experience working in or closely with a Product Management team.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 27 USD - 82 USD.
