    Starting Pay: $35/hr

     

    We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Responsibilities:

    + Direct crew activities

    + Install guide rail and signs

    + Ensure safety compliance

    + Study specifications

    + Assign daily tasks

    + Order tools and materials

    + Inspect work quality

    + Report hours and progress

    Requirements:

    + 3–5 years Heavy Equipment Operating experience

    + At least 2 years foreman experience

    + Valid CDL Class A or B

    + DOT Physical Certificate

    + Background check

    + Drug screen
