    Qualifications** **:

    + Education: Master's Degree.

    + Experience: 4 years' of experience.

    + Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License & Insurance.

    + Documentation of endorsement by a recognized religious or spiritual organization to provide spiritual care in a clinical setting. -Must hold one of the following:

    + Board Certification from Association of Professional Chaplains

    + Board Certification from National Association of Catholic Chaplains

    + Board Certification from Spiritual Care Association
