    Job Description

    Insight Global’s client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. The PM will be responsible for administering the day to day site financial and operations matters for different properties of the quick service restaurant sites.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting

    • Setup vendors for payment, and modify contact/banking information for existing vendors (Landlords, contractors, professional services)

    • Reconcile and work on collections of debt.

    • Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements

     

    Communicate with Landlords, Franchisees, and external vendors on a variety of real estate matters which arise in day-to-day operations

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in property management roles or related.

    • Experience with lease accounting experience.

    • Experience with lease administration.

    • Strong communication and ability to speak with stakeholders.

    • Microsoft Office experience. • Experience in property management in the commercial real estate space, or large multi family residential space.

     

    Experience with SAP or lease management software (MRI, Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar, etc)
