Job Description

Insight Global's healthcare client is in the process of upgrading 40,000+ devices to the Windows 11 Operating System.

We are seeking a team of Technicians who will be responsible for the imaging and updating of these systems across various sites. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, and be comfortable navigating the Windows OS.

The candidate should have previous Windows 11 migration experience, and familiarity navigating the OS.

Skills and Requirements

1 year of IT Support Experience

Familiarity with the Windows 11 OS

Must be comfortable with imaging and deploying software

Experience Testing Software

Basic VDI Knowledge

Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues

Experience on a previous OS upgrade or deployment project preferred. Windows 11

Healthcare Experience
