    Job Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to drive event and group bookings for our Key West based hospitality-based company. The focus for this role is to support a refined collection of 26 individually designed, fully equipped waterfront estates nestled along the lush Key West coastline. This is a remote role with a focus on lead generation and relationship building within luxury travel and hospitality markets. You’ll be the face of our client in one of two key feeder markets (NYC and Miami), connecting with corporate planners, luxury travel groups, and event professionals.

     

    This is a unique opportunity to join a startup-style culture within a growing hospitality brand. You’ll help shape processes, build networks, and create memorable experiences for clients.

     

    • Lead Generation & Business Development

     

    o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and industry events.

     

    o Attend tradeshows, visit corporate offices, and engage with local chambers and networking groups.

     

    • Client Relationship Management

     

    o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate planners, luxury travel agencies, and event organizers.

     

    o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for initial sales conversations and oversee client hand-off.

     

    • Sales Strategy & Execution

     

    o Develop and execute strategies to increase bookings for weddings, corporate events, and incentive trips.

     

    o Collaborate with Key West local on-property teams for seamless handoff and execution.

     

    • Market Outreach

     

    o Represent our client in NYC and Miami markets to grow brand awareness.

     

    o Promote the property through creative marketing and networking initiatives.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Hospitality Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, event sales, catering, or F&B sales.

     

    o Proven lead generation skills, with prior experience cold calling and proactive outreach.

    o Familiarity with hospitality contracting and group booking process

    • Client-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with high-level decision-makers.

    • Thrives in a startup environment, hungry and adaptable to change.

     

    o Able to work independently within a remote environment, without daily oversight & supervision. • Bachelor’s degree

     

    • Existing network in luxury hospitality sales.
