Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Director for one of our clients, who will sit hybrid out of Arlington, VA. This individual will be responsible for leading growth & delivery for a diverse portfolio of Department of State IT programs. On a day-to-day basis, this includes, but is not limited to:

• Drive strategic capture, program execution, and stakeholder engagement.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities under the EVOLVE program, leveraging existing relationships and industry knowledge.

• Oversee the execution and delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with DOS goals and compliance requirements.

• Monitor program progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with federal clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, driving performance and accountability across all phases of the program lifecycle.

Compensation:

$200,000 to $240,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

- Active Secret clearance (Top Secret or TS/SCI highly preferred)

- 10+ years of experience managing large Department of State programs/portfolios (valued at $50M+) as either a prime contractor or direct federal employee

- At least 5 years of experience overseeing delivery for major IT programs/portfolios within one or more of the following bureaus:

o Diplomatic Security (DS)

o Consular Affairs (CA)

o Diplomatic Technology (DT) - formerly IRM

- Proven experience managing and growing federal portfolios

- Strong leadership and communication skills - N/A
