    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Lead to oversee the global deployment of our Mosaic AI product. This role requires a strong background in managing complex, large-scale projects and coordinating across technical and functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery of the AI solution across multiple regions, driving alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Global Deployment: Own end-to-end delivery of Mosaic AI product across multiple geographies, ensuring timely and quality implementation.

    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with technical and functional teams, business leaders, and regional stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery timelines.

    • Project Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and risk management strategies for global rollout.

    • Agile Delivery: Drive SAFe Agile practices and ensure adherence to delivery methodologies for iterative and scalable deployment.

    • Technical Coordination: Work closely with engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless integration.

    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure best practices are applied throughout the deployment lifecycle.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale technology projects in a global environment.

    • Strong background in working with cross-functional and technical teams.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

    • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

    • Familiarity with SAFe Agile frameworks and scaled agile delivery

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience in AI/ML product deployment or enterprise AI solutions.

    • Knowledge of global compliance and data governance standards.

    • PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications

    • Familiarity Azure DevOps (ADO)
