    Must be a US Citizen to support our Federal clients.

     

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Interoperability Project Manager that will be accountable for the technical components of client implementations and support of Oracle Health solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, passionate members who want to shape the electronic health records systems for active-duty service men and women, their beneficiaries, our Nation’s Veteran’s, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.

     

    + Partner with internal and external project teams to strategize solution enhancements and drive solution implementation strategies

    + Manage complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes

    + Accountable for external client relationship

    + Act as an escalation point for client and project risks

    + Design content for solution training collateral

    + Assist internal and external teams with complex solution configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

    + Identify risk areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns

    + Obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects

    + **Work hours will be CST/EST time zones to support current client requirements**

    Responsibilities

    Basic Qualifications

    + At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

    + At least 2 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.

    + At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

    + Project Management Professional (PMP)

    + Experience with Electronic Health Records

    + Experience working with Federal clients

    Expectations

    + Willing to travel up to 20% of the time

    + Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

    + Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

    + Perform other responsibilities as assigned

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
