    Job Description

    What you'll do:

    + Passionately pursue an exceptional customer experience

    + Drive business process improvements and system enhancements with a focus on billing and revenue recognition

    + Facilitate cross-functional requirements-gathering, problem solving and solution review sessions

    + Draft business requirements documentation and complete impact assessments

    + Submit regular status updates, recommendations and escalations to management

    + Participate in transfer of information sessions to establish understanding of new Cloud features

    + Draft UAT scripts to ensure we test the way our systems and processes impact a diverse set of customers

    + Write test documentation (test plans, expected results, acceptance criteria)

    + Validate reliability of new features hands-on in Fusion ERP and Cloud applications

    + Drive end-to-end implementation of projects with determination to make it across the finish line

    + Create procedure documentation leveraging technology to make it interesting and easy to absorb

    + Architect and execute implementation strategies with precision to a broad audience

    + Provide and deliver comprehensive training to Order to Cash GPO and Operations teams

    + Manage production issues including escalations

    + Track and manage reporting on key meaningful metrics

    + Safeguard Oracle financial data with a commitment to our responsibility as business fiduciaries

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Lead Order to Cash initiatives that result in meaningful, transformative change

    + Communicate with a variety of Business and Technical personas in a lively, empathetic way

    + Become a subject matter expert in the Cloud workflow

    + Work hands on in Oracle Subscription and Fusion applications

    + Communicate to any Oracle audience orally or in writing the end-to-end desired customer experience and underlying detailed requirements

    + Identify gaps in understanding and bridge them by sharing use cases and visual demonstrations

    + Act as liaison between Business and Technical teams

    + Take ownership and accountability of the project lifecycle for assigned projects

    + Prepare and deliver quality presentations that tell the story

    + Create knowledge content and personally develop process and system flows

    + Operate effectively in a global environment and demonstrate a keen attention to detail

    + Be an agent for change

    Preferred Qualifications include:

    + 8+ years of accounting experience that includes invoicing and revenue recognition

    + 8+ years in program-based work where you played a key role in driving adoption of new systems and/or processes

    + Experience with Cloud or Metered Service products

    + Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

    + Strong planning, organization, task and project management skills

    + Self-motivated, self-directed and independent in a team environment

    + Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage issues/concerns

    + Demonstrated skill working and building relationships with cross-functional and technical teams

    + Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

    + Ability to create procedure documentation

    + Familiar with Oracle Cloud ERP application

    + Project Management software skills

    + Advanced Excel skills

    + Strong MS Office skills

    + Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related preferred

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,700 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

     

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

     

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
