Job Description
Oracle is transforming enterprise automation through the Fusion AI Platform, pioneering intelligent agents that combine deterministic processes and LLM-based adaptive intelligence. As a product manager in the Fusion AI team, you will shape, deliver, and refine features that empower customers to create, orchestrate, and evaluate hybrid AI agents across Oracle Fusion Applications and beyond.
You will work cross-functionally to ensure the platform is secure, governed, and intuitive—enabling customers to design sophisticated, autonomous agents that drive measurable value. Your role bridges innovative AI technology with real-world business needs, supporting end-to-end agent development, evaluation, and lifecycle management within Oracle’s enterprise ecosystem.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
+ 7+ years’ experience in product management or software engineering roles building/deploying complex technology products.
+ 3+ years professional experience in applied machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI.
+ Demonstrated experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, AI chat/agent frameworks)—preferably designing, delivering, or evaluating agent-based solutions.
+ Familiarity with agentic development and automation platforms such as Autogen, LangChain, Claude Code, Cursor, Flowise, N8N or similar.
+ Deep familiarity with defining product requirements, building roadmaps, and leading cross-functional product development.
+ Proven track record delivering AI, agentic, or advanced SaaS automation solutions to customers.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex topics to technical and business stakeholders.
Desired:
+ Experience with enterprise software platforms, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or similar ERP/HR/CRM suites.
+ Background in AI platform development, agent architecture, or integrating third-party APIs/tools.
+ Familiarity with agent evaluation, observability, and metrics frameworks (e.g., benchmarking correctness, latency, and safety in hybrid workflows).
+ Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards in AI/automation.
+ Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for agentic workflows within the Fusion AI platform, focusing on robust, secure, and scalable agent automation.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements from enterprise application use cases and customer feedback to ensure strong platform utility and usability.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to scope and prioritize features that enable agent creation, tool integration, evaluation, and governance.
Translate business process automation needs and AI advancements into actionable product epics and requirements.
Drive the development and continuous improvement of agent evaluation, tracing, and reporting features supporting high-quality, auditable outcomes.
Partner with internal stakeholders and key customers to validate innovation and accelerate adoption of new agent capabilities.
Launch new product features, manage the rollout process, and support change management, enablement, and documentation initiatives.
Establish and monitor success metrics, including adoption, usage, workflow accuracy, safety/compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Advocate for secure, privacy-first product design in alignment with Oracle’s standards.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
