    Are you passionate about cloud technology and eager to shape the future of IT in the Intelligence Community?

     

    **Oracle Government, Defense & Intelligence (GDI)** is looking for an energetic and experienced **Federal Industry Executive** to help drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions across the Intelligence Community. In this influential role, you’ll work directly with senior federal leaders and play a key part in guiding Oracle’s cloud strategy—especially when it comes to solving their unique data, security, and compliance challenges.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    + Act as a trusted advisor to federal clients, using your knowledge of the industry, government regulations, and emerging trends to support their cloud transformation journeys.

    + Work closely with account teams, technology specialists, and application sales experts to identify, develop, and win new opportunities for Oracle Cloud.

    + Bring your expertise to the table to help sales teams showcase how our solutions meet the specialized needs of federal agencies.

    + Lead the way in designing innovative solutions and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.

    + Coordinate resources and ensure a smooth process from initial engagement through to successful deal closure.

    + Represent Oracle at industry events and conferences, sharing our cloud vision and connecting with key decision-makers.

    + Share your knowledge with colleagues by providing training on federal industry trends and Oracle offerings.

    + Continually grow your network and stay up to date on the latest developments in federal technology.

    Who We’re Looking For:

    + Extensive experience working with Intelligence Community, with a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory demands, and the compliance landscape.

    + Demonstrated ability to explain and position cloud solutions, especially in ways that address federal requirements for data, security, and compliance.

    + Practical understanding of federal information systems and the technologies that drive core operations in government organizations.

    + Background in leading or supporting major technology transformations—especially cloud migrations.

    + Strong communicator and effective leader, with a proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and deliver results.

    **Location Requirement** **:** This is a hybrid role. You’ll need to be onsite at our Reston, VA office or at client sites at least three days each week—so you should live within a comfortable commuting distance.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

     

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $270,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.

     

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

     

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
