Job Description
Build Meaningful, Long-Term Partnerships
+ Develop trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level leaders across technology platforms, AI companies, SaaS vendors, financial institutions, and cloud ecosystem partners.
+ Identify opportunities where OCI can be deeply embedded into partner workflows, customer experiences, or product architectures.
+ Lead commercial and technical negotiations to craft win-win partnership structures aligned to revenue and margin goals.
+ Drive agreement on integration scope, shared KPIs, incentive models, and long-term growth plans.
Drive Product-Led Integrations
+ Partner with engineering, product, and architecture teams to define integration requirements across compute, network, storage, AI, data, and security domains.
+ Translate partner needs into clear product requirements, launch roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
+ Ensure integrations are seamless, scalable, and measurable, with robust adoption telemetry and customer experience metrics.
Own Financial Modeling & Business Case Development
+ Build detailed financial models to evaluate partnership value, including revenue forecasts, cost impacts, margin analysis, token-based usage projections, and GPU-hour consumption models.
+ Define pricing structures, tiered incentive models, and multi-year revenue contribution scenarios.
+ Assess cannibalization vs incremental lift, long-term TCO impact, and expected ROI for every partnership.
+ Work with Finance to validate assumptions and secure executive approval for major partnership investments.
Collaborate Across OCI and Partner Organizations
+ Work closely with GTM, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams to package, launch, and scale partnership solutions.
+ Develop co-sell motions, joint messaging, onboarding frameworks, and sales enablement content.
+ Use adoption and performance data to optimize partner programs and guide roadmap improvements.
Measure, Scale & Optimize
+ Define, track, and refine partnership KPIs, including revenue contribution, ARR growth, GPU-hour expansion, adoption metrics, attach rates, and customer experience improvements.
+ Build dashboards and recurring reporting to show partnership impact at the executive level.
+ Continuously iterate on the partnership model to increase scale, predictability, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Preferred Skills and Experience
+ Strong background building deep technical integrations across cloud, AI, SaaS, or infrastructure platforms, with the ability to translate partner requirements into scalable product solutions.
+ Proven experience negotiating complex commercial structures, including multi-year strategic agreements, revenue-share models, and incentive frameworks.
+ Advanced financial-modeling skills, including scenario planning, margin analysis, multi-year revenue forecasting, GPU-hour or usage-based modeling, and full business-case development.
+ Ability to influence senior executives internally and externally, drive alignment across engineering, finance, and GTM teams, and lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives.
+ Experience operating in fast-moving enterprise or cloud environments, ideally with a background in AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, or strategic partnerships roles at a CSP or major tech ecosystem.
Education
MBA with a finance or engineering background is preferred

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
