    Summary

    The SharePoint Administrator Enhances, administers, and supports SRP's SharePoint environment and related Microsoft 365 technologies. Manages the day-to-day operations of the SharePoint Online environment, including integrated collaboration technologies in the M365 platform such as Teams Collaboration, Viva Engage, OneDrive, and M365 Copilot. Solves business problems using Power Apps and Power Automate.

    What You'll Do

    + Proactively maintain, configure, and monitor SRP's SharePoint environment

    + Assess and implement SharePoint and M365 enhancements based on technology roadmaps

    + Design, deliver, and enhance business productivity solutions using Power Platform for internal stakeholders

    + Develop, maintain, and adhere to platform support documentation and procedures

    + Troubleshoot and determine root causes of complex issues, failures, or outages

    + Monitor support queues and provide end user support with exceptional customer service

    + Provide mentorship to other team members when applicable

     

    What It Takes To Succeed

    Working knowledge of multiple technical areas across an enterprise environment, with experience in the following preferred:

    + Cloud Platform Administration

    + SharePoint administration

    + Microsoft 365 apps and technologies

    + Microsoft Teams

    + Microsoft Office

    + Power Platform

    + PowerShell

    + M365 Copilot

    + Microsoft Azure

    + Knowledge of AvePoint suite of products a plus.

    Experience

    We are targeting an Associate Level Candidate for this role.

     

    • For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).

    Education

    A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

     

    Hybrid Workplace

     

    SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
