Harborview Medical Center’s (HMC)** **6EH-Trauma/Orthopedic** **unit has an outstanding opportunity for an 90% FTE (36 hours per week), Night Shift, Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3) position.

6EH, 6 East Hospital Trauma/Orthopedic- is a 26-bed unit specializing in acute care level orthopedic injuries as well as medicine and other general surgery patients. Patients have typically sustained complex orthopedic injuries including fractures of the spine, pelvis, long bones, hands or feet.
6 East Hospital also specializes in the care of patients who have undergone replantation surgeries and flap procedures.
The assistant nurse manager performs specific leadership functions related to clinical practice, education, and/or management as delegated by and in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. The ANM provides leadership for unit and departmental activities that promote delivery of quality nursing care, Effective problem solving and communication.
SCHEDULE:
Position is 90% FTE (36 hours per week), Night Shift
LOCATION:
Harborview Medical Center Campus - Seattle, First Hill
REQUIREMENTS:
BSN degree in nursing.
Acute Care nursing experience.
WA State RN license.
Charge Nurse experience.
Two – three years of professional nursing experience, including demonstrated skill and preference for adult education (preceptor, unit based skills, etc.).
Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
Pay Range Minimum:
$98,448.00 annual
Pay Range Maximum:
$178,824.00 annual
Other Compensation:
BSN (or higher degree) Premium - $1.00/hour
Certification (Specialty Certs) Premium - $1.25/hour
Night Shift Premium - $4.50/hour
Weekend Shift Premium - $4.00/hour
