Description
SAIC is seeking a **Senior Systems Integrator** for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation ice-breakers and enhancing the Navy and Coast Guard's polar mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.

Duties:
+ Perform Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for USCG Polar Security Cutter C5ISR systems
+ Plan and delivery of high-quality Systems Integration deliverables including contract CDRLS in support of program requirements
+ Develop, update, and maintain project Systems integration documents including stage 4 and 5 test procedures, ICDs, Block Diagrams, schematics, technical and operational manuals for C5ISR systems
+ Communicate to assigned Project Manager all key project systems integration plans, and engineering changes including requirements, C5ISR systems configurations and status, schedule, and scope changes
+ Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables
+ Support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks
+ Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelors and nine (9) years or more relevant experience with one or more shipboard C5ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications (Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne/ Unclass/SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Required Security Clearance:
• Must have an active Secret clearance on first day of employment
Required Certification:
• Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP
_Or must be willing to obtain/pass certification within 90 days of hire_
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
• Prior experience providing support for a shipyard environment project
• Familiar with C4ISR/C5ISR Interface Control Documents, Block diagrams, schematics, and Functional Interface Drawings
• Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures
• Experience with Risk Management Framework process to attain Authority To Operate
