The Department of Otolaryngology — Head & Neck Surgery at Stanford University seeks a board-eligible or board-certified otolaryngologist to join the Department as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor in the University Medical Line or Clinical Educator Line. The successful applicant should have an MD degree, or equivalent, and have fellowship training in Rhinology & Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery. They must be board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology — Head & Neck Surgery. Duties for this position will include some clinical care at the Veterans Administration Palo Alto Health Care System.
+ The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the **University Medical Line** shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

Academic rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

_Assistant Professor: $317,000 - $329,000_
_Associate Professor: $349,000 - $361,000_
_Professor: $382,000 - $388,000_
This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine’s faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
