Summary of Responsibilities:

Are you ready to lead a team that keeps critical infrastructure projects running smoothly? ATC is looking for a Team Leader – Field Specialists to provide hands-on leadership and oversight for our Field Specialist team. This role ensures quality, compliance, and safety while supporting capital projects in the field.

Essential Responsibilities:

_What You’ll_ _Do_ _ _

+ **Lead and Support:** Supervise Field Specialists and set clear expectations for internal and external stakeholders

+ **Ensure Quality:** Conduct visual inspections of materials, document non-conformances, and maintainaccurate records

+ **Coordinate Projects:** Oversee material schedules, delivery, and receipt while monitoring contractor labor and equipment resources against project plans

+ **Drive Safety:** Champion ATC’s strong safety culture by promoting safe work behaviors and addressing hazards promptly

+ **Collaborate:** Work closely with project teams to understand observation scope and reporting requirements

+ **Travel:** Expect periodic travel, outdoor work, and overnight stays to support construction activities.

_What_ _You’ll_ _Bring_

+ **Education:** Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience

+ **Experience:**

+ 7+ years in transmission or distribution system construction or equivalent utility experience

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Knowledge of contract management, labor agreements, and construction of substations and transmission lines

+ **Skills:** Detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with general business processes

+ **Other:** Valid driver’s license required

The targeted base pay for this position is $134,500 to $156,900 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more .

*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
