Program Summary: Catholic Charities Affordable Housing works to develop and preserve affordable housing for low-income seniors, families and individuals with disabilities.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Property Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of properties governed by **Rural Development (RD), HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)** programs. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining property performance.

Job Qualifications

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Job Related Experience: 5** years related experience, including at least 3 years working with MN Landlord/Tenant law ***or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Additional Qualifications:** Ability to pass Kari Koskinen background check; valid drivers license
