Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $18.75 - $18.75 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Banquet Captain:

+ Duties include assigning tasks to servers and communicating event details

+ Ensuring timelines are met

+ Addressing guest needs

+ Partnering with management to resolve issues quickly

+ Ensure all service standards, safety practices, and quality expectations are consistently delivered throughout the event

Available shifts:

Shift timings - All Available

Job requirements:

+ Minimum 1-2 years of banquet, catering, or hospitality leadership experience

+ Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event flow, and room setup

+ Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a team in fast-paced environments

+ Excellent communication and guest-service skills

+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions

+ Ability to read and interpret event orders (BEOs) and follow detailed instructions

+ Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

+ Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

+ Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event needs

+ Food Handler's Card and/or alcohol service certification (preferred but not required)
