Stanley Black & Decker is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associates. Ideal candidates will be safety-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Shift Information

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Operating handheld scan guns to accurately pick orders for shipment

Inspecting equipment before use and avoiding unsafe equipment

Pulling, identifying, and preparing parts from inventory—including consignment locations—for shipment

Completing accurate data entry and following all standard operating procedures

Assisting with cycle counting, transfers, restocking, and export orders

Qualifications

Prior shipping or warehouse experience and understanding of HazMat labeling preferred

Forklift experience required—stand-up Raymond truck experience strongly preferred

Basic computer skills, ability to perform math calculations, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS preferred)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Flexible, adaptable, detail-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels of the organization

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift/move over 40 lbs with assistance
