Product Manager - FCC
The Product Manager - FCC acts as a strategic liaison between the Financial Crimes Compliance and Technology teams to deliver next-generation product features and enhancements. This role is responsible for the analysis of complex business needs and information in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working with limited oversight, the Product Manager applies advanced expertise and knowledge of regulatory requirements to manage large projects and processes and to manage complex application portfolios aligned with BSA/AML and KYC requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
+ Manages complex application portfolios aligned with BSA/AML and KYC requirements.
+ Drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within Financial Crimes, delivering scalable product solutions and operational efficiencies.
+ Monitors feedback on the use of business applications, enhancing system productivity as needed and responsible for the execution of all changes, enhancements, defects, and issue management within the portfolio.
+ Translates business needs and requirements into application requirements working with key stakeholders across the Bank to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the application.
+ Interacts with regulators and audit partners to discuss enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Represents FCC on matters related to technology.
+ Reviews cost estimates of various system solutions and reviews project plans to provide input into decisions about project prioritization and IT resource allocation.
+ Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots problems as necessary.
+ Provides strategic input and recommendations to executive leadership in Technology and Financial Crimes Compliance.

**Pay Range** $156,818 - $215,000
