Kelly Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Imaging Specialists to join our team in Washington, NJ. As an Imaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the document preparation and scanning of important client documents. This position requires a commitment to quality and accuracy, ensuring that all documents are handled with care and precision.

Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

1-6 month project. Possible hire on.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Perform document preparation and indexing, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning according to specific client requests.

- Utilize third-party software to scan hard copy files into electronic images, ensuring high-quality output.

- Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation tracking.

- Conduct quality checks on all scanned documents, correcting any quality issues as needed.

- Detect image errors and document their causes during quality control processes.

- Execute manual data entry of required fields for validation and verification.

- Prepare products for delivery and ensure all documentation is complete.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Minimum of 1 year Warehouse experience

- Forklift Experience Required
