Your Responsibilities

As a **Technology Instructor,** you'll be a key player shaping how our dealers, employees and customers adopt, understand and master these innovations. You'll train, inspire, travel, and help bring groundbreaking solutions from concept to real-world use. In addition, you will:

+ Partner with the Customer Success Team and Training teams to develop and refine technology training content and digital solutions

+ Deliver training sessions employees, dealers and customers — both at our Davenport, IA and Sacaton, AZ locations and at Dealer locations

+ Work with new technology solutions: Digital solutions

+ Travel (approx. 50 %) to support dealer training, demo sites and customers

What Skills You Need

+ Proven ability to learn Digital Solutions and machine-technology

+ Understanding of customer-applications involving grade control and Digital Solutions

+ Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills

+ Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently

+ Ability to travel up to 50%

What Makes You Stand Out

+ Prior work in a dealer environment, construction equipment sales/service or product-training role

+ Comfort in field settings: you’re as effective on the demo site or jobsite as you are in the classroom

+ Knowledge of the Deere dealer-channel and/or construction products, markets and competitors

+ Surveying experience and/or experience with systems from Topcon, Trimble or Leica strongly preferred

+ Experience with machine-operation or on-site construction equipment

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Technical Discipline or equivalent related work experience
