PAY RATE:$84750 - $80512.50 Per Year

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the organization-s IT infrastructure while also supporting data integrity, reporting systems, and process optimization for the CQI department. This dual-role position ensures that both technical operations and quality improvement initiatives are aligned and supported. CQI Projects are to be prioritized.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. IT Department (70%)
+ Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud-based systems supporting VOALA, SCADP and affiliates.
+ Ensure cybersecurity protocols are implemented and updated.
+ Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
+ Oversee system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data protection.
+ Support onboarding/offboarding processes with system access and permissions.
+ Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
B. CQI Department (30%) (Work to be prioritized)
+ Support data systems used for program evaluation and performance tracking.
+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms (e.g. internal dashboards).
+ Assist in automating reporting processes and developing data visualization tools.
+ Collaborate with CQI staff to identify system improvements that enhance data collection and analysis.
+ Provide technical support for audits, compliance reviews, and KPI tracking.
+ Train staff on data systems and best practices for documentation and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
+ System Maintenance and Network Management
+ Assist CQI in automating reporting processes and developing data visualization tools
+ User Support with software applications used at VOALA (user support, passwords, hierarchy, data access, etc)
+ Repairs and Troubleshoots existing hardware systems
+ Provides support to VOALA/SCADP staff on hardware and software issues, training and technical assistance
+ Implementing and managing network security
+ Maintain network documentation and compliance records
+ Oversees 3d party technicians as needed
+ Other duties as required and may be subject to change
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
EXPERIENCE:
+ Four years- progressively responsible experience in systems administration and software applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Experience with database and reporting applications
