    Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.     What you’ll do

    + Plan and execute production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals

    + Prioritize schedules based on delivery commitments, equipment, and material availability

    + Supervise and develop team members, including hiring, training, and performance reviews

    + Monitor production lines and implement efficiency improvements

    + Prepare and analyze production reports and metrics

    + Coordinate cross-training and ensure smooth shift handovers

    + Maintain compliance with ISO/AS9100 standards and company policies

    + Lead 6S initiatives and support Lean/Kaizen activities

    + Resolve production issues and recommend corrective actions

    + Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements

    What you need

    + Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (required)

    + Ability to manage schedules, resources, and team performance (required)

    + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles (required)

    + Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards (required)

    + U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required)

    + Associate degree in Electronics or related field; Bachelor’s preferred (required)

    + 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (required)

    + Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production software (advantage)

    Salary Range:

    $96,200.00-$128,300.000
