WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Digital Delivery specialist** for our **EWR Airport Program Management** in **Newark, NJ** . Be involved in Newark Airport program and related projects and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
The Digital delivery specialist will report to **WSP USA's National Transportation Digital Delivery team** and is also responsible for implementing BIM initiatives throughout the **New York and New Jersey Regions** such as providing guidance to staff with regards to training, company standards, and modeling.
This role is a hybrid position that requires scheduled on-site attendance at the client’s office based at Newark Airport. The Digital Delivery Specialist will also supervise both internal and external BIM project delivery for WSP initiatives, facilitate coordination meetings, reviews contract documentation and design files, and utilizes Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Your Impact
+ Advanced knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, including advanced modeling, custom family creation, drawing package management, clash detection and scripting.
+ Focus on helping our projects meet Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the EWR Airport Program.
+ Support Project Management with contract administration.
+ Prepares project related reports and analysis.
+ Ability to anticipate and recognize issues related to own work.
+ Capable of conducting QA/QC reviews of Design-Builder deliverables in both Revit and Civil 3D
+ Capable of reviewing contract documents
+ Self-educates and mentor other drafting staff, as well as engineers in BIM techniques.
+ Assists project/design managers by providing input on schedule and production tasks.
+ Believes in and champions the firms’ core values and inspires others to do the same.
+ Understands overall project scope, the role of BIM team, and the roles of other disciplines for a project.
+ Demonstrates an intermediate level of written and verbal communication both internally and externally.
+ Assists with managing the development and output of document sets for WSP engineering staff.
+ Performs Revit project setups and updates with some direction of engineering staff with some supervisory guidance.
+ Implement drawing organization for large, complex drawing packages across multiple companies.
+ Facilitates collaboration and clash detection for a large, multi-disciplined project team across multiple companies.
+ Troubleshoots general Civil 3D/Revit project-related issues with limited assistance of department management.
+ Develops and mentors staff on WSP Revit standards and processes.
+ Self-Checks own work, and staff’s, to identify QA/QC improvement opportunities.
+ Leverages tools and technology to provide quality solutions to BIM team and staff.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
+ High school Diploma or GED required.
+ 8 years’ experience using Revit & Navisworks technologies within the A/E/C industry
+ 7 + years’ experience with Navisworks and Revit documentation and management
+ Experience and understanding of document management applications (Sharepoint, E-builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.)
+ Experience managing and reviewing project deliverables including planning and design documents, project reports, scopes of work, proposals, etc.
+ Proven ability to understand and recognize complex design problems.
+ Effective communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.
+ Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
+ Applied Learning - Ability to participate in needed learning activities in a way that makes the most of the learning experience.

Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
+ Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit preferred

Compensation:
Expected Salary (Newark): $74K-$118K
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may offer additional benefits and compensation, depending on circumstances and the type of work being performed not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
