+ As the Team Lead, Revenue Accounting, you will provide leadership and guidance to a team of specialists responsible for auditing refund requests. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of refunds, oversees training programs, and drives process improvements to maintain compliance and enhance customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary resource for complex issue resolution, collaborate across multiple departments, and monitor team performance to achieve operational goals.
What you'll do
+ Oversee refund audits and ensure timely processing
+ Act as primary resource for refund calculations and issue resolution
+ Maintain SOPs and monitor performance metrics
+ Lead new hire orientation, evaluations, and ongoing training
+ Conduct team briefings and manage workflow targets
+ Handle escalated customer issues and develop professional correspondence
+ Perform special projects as assigned
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field or equivalent experience/training
+ Previous effective leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Previous airline, travel agency and/or auditing experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Strong knowledge of fare rules, tariffs, Sabre, ARC processes
+ Proven leadership and HR skills (interviewing, coaching)
+ Analytical, organized, and able to motivate teams
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and airline systems
