The Manager of Education Strategy & Partnerships leads the growth of Fluke’s North America Education Partnership initiative—driving long-term brand affinity by embedding Fluke tools and curricula into vocational, apprenticeship, and STEM programs. This role owns partnership strategy, revenue outcomes, and executive-level relationships to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

You will design, launch, and scale programs that expand Fluke’s presence across educational and nonprofit training environments, building relationships with institutions that prepare the next generation of technicians. Working closely with marketing, sales enablement, product, and regional sales teams, you will use education-sector insights to shape early-in-career strategy, drive internal adoption, and represent Fluke externally.

This role blends strategic partnership development, program design, and cross-functional leadership. You will manage one professional employee and lead national partnerships across the education and workforce development sectors, with the potential to build a larger team as the program grows. Success will be measured by education discount program performance, partner engagement, program reach, and contributions to early-in-career marketing strategy. The role reports to the Director of Commercial Marketing & Enablement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Strategy & Growth

+ Lead the strategic direction and execution of Fluke’s North America Education Partnership program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achievement of program revenue goals.

+ Leverage education sector insights to drive marketing strategy, structured experimentation, and audience segmentation for early-in-career initiatives.

+ Develop scalable frameworks for educational partnerships, driving adoption and engagement across institutions, trade organizations, and workforce programs.

    Partnership Development & Advocacy

+ Maintain executive-level relationships with critical national partners and industry associations.

+ Expand partnerships with schools, unions, nonprofits, and training organizations to strengthen Fluke’s footprint in technical education.

+ Represent Fluke at industry events, conferences, and educational forums as an advocate for technical education and early-career development.

    Sales Enablement & Program Operations

+ Drive awareness, adoption and effective use of education discount programs in collaboration with commercial sales teams and channel partners.

+ Responsible for budget and resource allocation decisions and adapting departmental plans to address operational and strategic challenges in alignment with organization objectives.

+ Oversee strategic tool donation initiatives to elevate brand presence and program reach.

    Internal Alignment & Leadership

+ Build internal advocacy for the education program through presentations, communications, and training.

+ Lead and partner on cross-functional initiatives influencing department priorities and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program and organizational objectives.

+ Manage a professional employee; provide coaching, performance feedback and development opportunities to team, with accountability for performance and results.

+ Provide technical and strategic guidance to team members and stakeholders.

    Qualifications

+ 7+ years’ experience in program management, partnership development, or commercial marketing within a mid-to-large company.

+ Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving program outcomes.

+ Proven ability to build and maintain external partnerships, preferably in education, training, or workforce development sectors, including familiarity with major trade education organizations.

+ Ability to identify and solve complex and organizational challenges, leveraging resources across departments to ensure program success.

+ Experience managing budgets, owning revenue targets, and driving process improvement initiatives (FBS or similar).

+ Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable representing Fluke externally and engaging senior stakeholders internally.

+ Ability to provide strategic marketing input without direct ownership of campaign execution.

+ People leadership experience is welcome but not required; demonstrated capability and readiness to lead, mentor, and grow a team is essential.
