    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Resource Management Coordinator** to join our team! In this role you will serve as an operational lead for program staffing coordination, owning the communication, scheduling and workflow processes.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Exercises independent judgement in resolving scheduling conflicts, managing candidate flow, advising on staffing risks and ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders.

    + Develop, document and maintain communication protocols, scheduling guidelines and process documentation for internal teams.

    + Resolve conflicts, delays, escalations and candidate issues using judgement and discretion.

    + Provide guidance and direction to junior coordinators supporting scheduling and documentation tasks.

    + Analyze staffing trends, identify delays and potential risks and communicate to program leadership.

    + Oversee accuracy of the staffing database and related trackers, ensuring timely updates by junior staff or partners.

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    + Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Administration or related field.

    + 5+ years in staffing coordination, recruiting support, resource management, program administration or similar field.

    + Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgement and managing complex scheduling or workflow environments.

    + Proficiency with staffing databases, ATS tools, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Excellent communication and relations-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.

    + Experience supporting large federal programs or subcontractor-heavy staffing environments.

    + Familiarity with onboarding, badge coordination, or compliance driven staffing requirements.

    What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

    + Prior experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.

    Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
