The HR Business Partner (HRBP), reporting to the HR Director for North America E2E (NA), is responsible for delivering progressive people strategies for both the North America Demand and Burlington Plant. This role will partner with senior leaders to facilitate and execute against our company’s core people processes, support company objectives from a people lens, and deliver strategic guidance while promoting an equitable and inclusive environment.
Responsibilites:
+ Lead the core people processes, ensuring leaders and managers can effectively execute succession planning, performance management, Total Rewards cycles
+ Develop and implement strategic organization plans that meet short, mid, and long-term objectives
+ Enable a coaching culture by influencing and supporting leaders and managers through strategic and day-to-day needs
+ Ensure the delivery of appropriate training and development programs that provide the needed
+ Provide coaching and support to all management regarding team members' performance
+ Define and agree the Talent Acquisition strategy with the various stakeholders in alignment with company principles and guidelines
+ Drive the compensation process while partnering with Total Rewards
+ Drives engagement of the workforce through employee communication and engagement initiatives in line with company’s strategy
+ Manages disciplinary actions and terminations according to local regulations and company policies
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 8+ years of demonstrable experience in Human Resources
+ Experience applying policies, managing risk and maintaining documentation
+ Data Fluency
+ Strong influencing skills/stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
+ Proven track record of leading or supporting org change initiatives
+ Knowledge of employment/labor laws
+ Thrives in ambiguous situations and can navigate and lead others through points of change
+ Capable of identifying solutions and opportunities through the use of data analytics
+ Utilizes one voice to ensure an inclusive and equitable environment in alignment withcompany values
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120,000.00 - $168,500.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
