What You'll Do

+ Accurately complete data entry projects

+ Compile and track accounting information and documents

+ Prepare financial documents for processing which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing card transactions, and/or time entry

+ Record and properly classify financial transactions in accounting system

+ Communicate and confirm information with the appropriate business leaders

+ Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems

+ Run reports as required

+ Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

+ Associates Degree in Business (accounting, finance, managment)

+ 3+ year of general accounting and administration experience

+ Tech savvy skills to quickly learn new computer applications and software

Work Environment

+ Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

+ Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

+ Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

+ Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff
